Fresh Summer Dinner-Success!

I love these chicken skewers—I am a newbie at BBQ, but have gained confidence with this chicken-the marinade is super easy and everyone seems to love them.  I like having smaller pieces of chicken on the kabobs, so I just cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts. To add some color to the meal I made a refreshing Quinoa (one word I can never pronounce correctly)-the recipe itself didn’t have as much flavor as desired, so my sister added lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and goat cheese at the end, which also made the dish more filling.
