Peanut-Butter Brownie Time

One word I would use to describe these brownies? Sinful.  Measuring out the peanut butter alone was enough to clog your arteries. But really, when it comes to melt-in-your-mouth  baked goods..who cares?  This brownie recipe made more of a cake-like batter for the chocolate part.  Although I’m usually a fan of the fudgy and gooey brownies, I think it would have been overkill when mixed with the peanut butter.  I would suggest adding less salt to the recipe since the peanut butter is already salty itself.  I’d also suggest serving á la mode after the brownies have cooled a bit (go big or go home, right?).  The recipe was another from our good friend Martha.  House Arrest can really do wonders for some people…
